Undergraduate students

Working in the Jones lab can be a great experience during your undergrad. Dr. Jones accepts work study, honours students, or students looking for a lab project for credit (like BGEN 4010). If you are interested, please fill out this form, and send a CV or resume and transcripts to Dr. Jones.

Graduate students

Currently recruiting MSc and PhD students

Dr. Jones accepts graduate students through the Biochemistry and Medical Genetics program. If you are interested in pursuing graduate work with Dr. Jones, please send (preferably as a single PDF):

1. A letter describing why you are interested in working in the Jones lab and an outline of a specific project you are interested in
2. Your BSc transcripts (unofficial is fine)​
3. A CV
4. Details of any previous lab experience
5. An example of output from previous research experience (a poster, a paper, a report), if applicable, otherwise an example of something you have written.

Postdocs

Dr. Jones is currently recruiting PDFs. 

 To apply, please send (preferably as a single PDF):

1. A letter describing why you are interested in working in the Jones lab, your research experience, and your future research goals and interests
2. An up to date CV
3. Undergraduate and graduate transcripts (unofficial is fine)
4. Two examples of previous research output (papers ideally, but posters or reports will suffice)
5. Three academic references
